Hi I want to do the missions blacktide den and jokanur diggings but i abandoned the quest sunspears in cantha before completing it can someone please help me how to turn these outposts into missions?

Depends if you are native NF or not... but follow primary quests "Following the Trail" if you are native.

Sunspears in Cantha has nothing to do with it period.

I must be the bearer of good news for a change.
Both outposts - check party list on the side and it should have a mission button - this will send you into both missions.You can pick up the quest again as it was abandoned instead of completed.

You're wrong, in Nightfall you have to speak to an NPC to start missions.
